Damian has created a little tutorial on how to use the seeeduino bluetooth shield.
He sends a message over Bluetooth from his Arduino to the PC.
Using your local terminal monitor (the USB connection between your PC and Arduino) you can send messages between the two. You can use this to turn on and off LEDS and move servos or anything you want the Arduino to do.
